Performance history

David Scott Marley’s The Manga Flute was presented for the first time on 4 March 2012 by West Edge Opera in El Cerrito, California. The cast was as follows (in order of appearance):

Wig and makeup design was by Sascha Bedame. The production manager was Julie Chin. The assistant conductor was Bruce Olstad. The musical assistant was Daniel Alley.
